UFMA Syllabus

To grade to your next belt and training level in UFMA, all students must demonstrate the requirements set out below to the required standard. The grading assessment will be taken by the Chief Instructor, supported by relevant club instructors, assistant instructors and where necessary senior grades.  Students will need to demonstrate the required aspects of their training for the relevant grade. They will need to show good understanding of techniques and display the technical ability at the appropriate level.

Adults (13 yrs +)
